Right of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions.

Refund processing
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Partial refunds

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with details of the problem and your order number.

  1. Shipment

Return costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return was due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
